The Journal of Clinical Prosthodontics and Implantology (J-CPI) respects the intellectual property rights of authors while ensuring the widest possible dissemination of published research. Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, archive, and distribute the article as the original publisher.
All articles published in J-CPI are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License. This license permits anyone to read, download, copy, distribute, reproduce, adapt, and build upon the published work for any lawful purpose, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the journal.
Author Rights
- Authors retain full copyright ownership of their published articles.
- Authors may reuse, distribute, and archive their work without seeking prior permission from the journal.
- Authors may include their published articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, academic networks, or future scholarly works with proper citation to the original publication in J-CPI.
Copyright Infringement
J-CPI takes copyright infringement, plagiarism, and unauthorized use of published content seriously. Any reported violation will be investigated in accordance with the journal's publication ethics policies. Proven cases may result in article correction, retraction, or other appropriate actions.
By submitting a manuscript to J-CPI, authors confirm that the work is original, does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, and that all necessary permissions have been obtained prior to publication.
